Account Manager
Location: Limassol
paytech is looking for an Account Manager in Limassol to Merchant Services and Payments dept

🌷 Responsibilities:
✔️ Identify and onboard new PSPs and APMs;
✔️ Manage onboarding processes, maintain relationships with existing providers, and monitor their performance.
🌷 Requirements:
✔️ 1-2 years of experience as an Account or PSP Relationship Manager in the payments or fintech industry;
✔️ Strong understanding of the European PSP market;
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
✔️ Knowledge of merchant acquiring agreements, chargebacks, rolling reserves, and payment reconciliation;
✔️ Understanding of compliance requirements (KYC, AML, PCI DSS, PSD2, SCA);
✔️Native or fluent Russian, English level B2+, additional European languages are a plus.
