We're looking for an Accounting Specialist (Payroll & Payments) to handle payroll across multiple jurisdictions, manage cash flows and support financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collect, prepare, and analyze data for payroll processing; calculate payroll across multiple jurisdictions.

• Manage cash flows for a group of companies, including payment execution, monitoring incoming and outgoing transactions, and liaising with banks.

• Oversee company liquidity management.

• Collect, prepare, and analyze data for management reporting.

• Prepare employment contracts and related documentation for company employees.

Requirements

Hard Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance within IT companies, including payroll processing.

• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Ability to automate and optimize routine tasks and business processes.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.

• High attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
