AI & Automation Architect

We’re looking for an experienced AI & Automation Architect to define and deliver our AI, automation and agentic workflows architecture and roadmap.

Location: Cyprus

Remote onboarding with an agreed relocation plan may be considered

Reports to: Global CTO

What you’ll do:

• Design production-ready AI and automation architecture

• Select and integrate LLMs, workflow engines, RPA, low-code and custom solutions

• Drive AI use cases across SDLC, QA, CI/CD, DevSecOps, operations, payments, fraud and compliance

• Build PoCs and take successful solutions into production

• Define AI security, governance, evaluation, observability and cost controls

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering or Solution Architecture

• Hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled or automation solutions into production

• Strong knowledge of LLMs, tool calling, RAG, workflow orchestration, evaluations and observability

• Experience with APIs, events, identity, permissions, secrets and CI/CD

• Understanding of AI security, privacy, reliability and cost optimisation

• Coding skills in Python, TypeScript, Go, Java or similar

• Strong English communication skills

Nice to have: experience in fintech, payments, banking, fraud, AML, GDPR, PCI DSS or the EU AI Act.
