Art Director

The Art Director is responsible for defining and maintaining the creative and visual direction of our casino brands. The role includes developing concepts for new and existing brands and ensuring high visual standards and consistency across all customer-facing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and visual direction for new casino brands.

• Define and evolve the visual identity and look & feel of existing brands.

• Translate brand positioning, target audience, and market requirements into strong visual concepts.

• Create moodboards, visual references, and creative guidelines for designers.

• Define visual direction for websites, landing pages, and major redesigns.

• Review and provide creative direction across brand assets, including websites, promotional banners, CRM/email, VIP & loyalty, social media, advertising, presentations, and offline materials.

• Ensure visual consistency and high creative standards across all brands and channels.

• Identify outdated or inconsistent visuals and define improvements.

• Provide clear creative direction and actionable feedback to Graphic, Motion, and Product/UI Designers.

• Research competitors, visual trends, and iGaming developments to keep brands relevant and competitive.

• Collaborate closely with Design, Product, CRM, Content, and Marketing teams.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Art Direction, Brand Design, Visual Design, or a similar creative role.

• Previous experience in the iGaming industry is required.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand concepts, visual identities, and digital creative work.

• Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, color, imagery, and digital design.

• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to develop visual direction from an initial idea.

• Experience working with Graphic, Motion, and UI/UX Designers.

• Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• English proficiency (written and spoken).
