Web Design Sun is a software development company founded in 2012. Since day one, we have been fully remote, building international products in Web & Cloud Applications, SaaS, CRM/ERP, and Ecommerce domains. We collaborate with clients from the US and Europe and consistently rank highly on Clutch, GoodFirms, and Upwork.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can turn opportunities into contracts and negotiations into real revenue.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in active sales (IT Outsource / Outstaff)
Strong understanding of SDLC and modern Web Application technologies
Proven full-cycle sales experience: from intro call to contract signing
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Experience in preparing commercial proposals and working with CRM systems
English — Advanced (C1+), fluent communication with clients
Responsibilities:
Work with leads together with the Lead Generation team and convert them into clients
Conduct intro calls, identify client needs, and present suitable solutions
Manage the pre-sale process with Tech Leads and Business Analysts (estimation, scope)
Prepare commercial proposals and handle negotiations
Close deals and contribute directly to company revenue
Work with CRM and achieve individual sales targets
We are looking for someone who:
Builds trust with clients, not just “sells”
Is resilient and able to work with long sales cycles
Takes ownership of results and acts proactively
Is focused on numbers and closed deals
We offer:
Full-time, remote
Location: Europe (or similar time zone), with availability to align with the team’s working hours
Flexible schedule focused on results (with availability in the evening, 20:00–22:00 Kyiv time)
Compensation: $1500–2000, including a fixed base and a percentage from closed deals
