Founded in 2017, Plei has grown into a two-sided pickup soccer marketplace serving 600,000+ players across 30+ markets in the US.

We help players find a game, reserve a spot, and show up and play, while also giving facilities and third-party organizers the tools to host great soccer experiences on the platform. Our team is distributed, our ambitions are high, and we’re still early in building what this marketplace can become.

We’re designing for a live marketplace with multiple users, operational constraints, and constant feedback from how people actually behave on the ground.
