We are currently seeking an experienced digital content and social media lead to join our team and take ownership of our brand presence, digital campaigns, and content strategy.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Brand Management: Safeguard the brand’s tone, visual identity, and messaging. Coordinate with the agencies / partners for the content in our own brands, PRs, social media, newsletters, blogs, website, and campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
• Social Media: Plan, schedule, and manage posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Drive engagement and community growth while staying on top of trends.
• Digital Marketing: Support SEO, PPC, and paid ad campaigns. (Update website content and landing pages to boost visibility and conversions.)
• Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for marketing activities. Work with external agencies to deliver campaigns effectively.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on content creation and social media management.
• Excellent writing skills with a natural flair for storytelling and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital content strategy.
• Familiarity with design principles and a strong sense of how a brand should look across digital and print.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms such as social media schedulers, CMS, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
