Sureswipe E.M.I. PLC, operating under the trade name Revsto, is a fast-growing electronic money institution licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus, providing electronic wallets and payment services to individuals and businesses.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join our growing team in Nicosia. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in finance and digital payments while developing your career within the fintech industry.

Qualifications and Skills:

A university degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, or 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting software will be considered an advantage.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluency in Greek and English.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts, payment platforms and customer funds.

• Investigate financial discrepancies and promptly escalate unresolved issues.

• Support customer funds safeguarding reconciliations and monitoring.

• Reconcile distributor and agent transactions, balances, fees and settlements.

• Prepare financial and regulatory reporting data, including CBC and CESOP reports.

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

• Prepare payment instructions in line with company procedures and approval requirements.

• Verify supplier fees and invoices against agreed contractual terms.

• Assist with invoicing, revenue reconciliation and outstanding payment follow-ups.

• Prepare financial reports and analysis for management.

• Support audits and coordinate with internal teams, banks and payment providers.

• Monitor reporting deadlines and help improve financial processes.
