Game Designer (Monetization)

We are looking for a Game Designer to drive monetization design for our mobile games. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping how players perceive value in the game and ensuring that every purchase enhances their overall experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing monetization systems that increase player enjoyment rather than interrupt it, ensuring that players feel they receive more value than they pay for

• Identifying what is truly valuable for players and translating that into compelling monetization opportunities

• Defining what can be monetized and what should remain untouched to preserve core gameplay experience

• Designing and packaging in-game offers using existing mechanics and content

• Managing offer timing and segmentation: deciding when, how, and to whom offers should be shown

• Ensuring a positive post-purchase experience, where every transaction improves player satisfaction and progression

• Building sustainable monetization systems that generate stable revenue, avoiding reliance on short-term sales spikes

• Collaborating with analytics and product teams to evaluate monetization performance and iterate on systems

• Driving a systematic and scalable approach to monetization that can be applied across multiple products

Who we are looking for

• A product-oriented Game Designer who understands how to package value and create offers that players genuinely want to buy

• Someone who focuses on long-term player satisfaction and can balance business goals with player experience

• A designer who can think about monetization and build solutions that scale beyond a single feature or event

• 5+ year of experience in Game Design

• Experience working on existing projects using a data-driven
