Head of Business Development - CIS

As the Head of Business Development - CIS, you will lead the business development function across the CIS region, driving business growth, developing strategic relationships, and supporting the expansion of FxPro's client and partner network. You will work closely with a team of professionals and take ownership of regional business development strategy and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Business Development function across the CIS region 
• Develop and drive the execution of regional business development strategies and KPIs 
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and strategic partners 
• Lead, manage, and mentor Business Development Managers and other commercial team members 
• Drive client and partner acquisition across relevant CIS markets 
• Monitor portfolio performance, market trends, and business opportunities 
• Represent FxPro at relevant industry events and maintain strong market relationships 
• Provide regular performance updates and forecasts to senior management 

Requirements

• Significant experience in Forex, CFD, online trading, or brokerage 
• Proven experience in a senior Business Development or Sales leadership role 
• Strong CIS market experience and understanding of the regional trading landscape 
• Established portfolio and/or network of clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), or strategic partners 
• Previous experience managing and developing Business Development teams 
• Strong understanding of commercial KPIs and portfolio performance 
• Excellent English and Russian communication and negotiation skills 
• Willingness to travel when required
