Head of Treasury

We are looking for a Head of Treasury to join our team (Cyprus, Limassol)! About the company: JustMarkets is an international fintech company that is actively scaling and building a global financial infrastructure.

What we expect from the Head of Treasury:

• Experience in liquidity management and group-level cash flow forecasting.
• High level of English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced) for seamless communication with international banks and partners.
• Solid understanding of banking products, account structures, terms of service, and KYB/KYC/AML processes.
• Practical skills in FX management and risk hedging tools.
• Hands-on experience in treasury process automation (ERP, BI, payment systems).
• Ability to set up limits, controls, access matrices, and internal policies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, macros, formulas) and understanding of BI tools principles.

Key responsibilities:

• Building and optimizing the treasury function: cash flow forecasting, payment automation, and transparency.
• Managing relationships with international banks: account opening, fee optimization, and banking network management.
• Assessing and managing FX and interest rate risks, as well as implementing practical hedging strategies.
• Cost reduction, control over payment limits, access rights, and transaction security.
• Updating internal treasury policies and mentoring the team.
