HR Admin Specialist
Location: Limassol office, Cyprus
We are looking for an HR Admin Specialist for our HR Admin Team — a key role responsible for ensuring smooth and compliant HR administration across our Cyprus operations. You will take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, support employment and immigration processes, and help maintain high standards of compliance with local labor legislation. As our company continues to grow internationally, you will work closely with HR, Payroll, Legal, and external partners to build efficient and scalable HR operations.
What you’ll be doing:
Full management of HR administration in Cyprus in accordance with local labor legislation
Administration of the entire employee lifecycle: hiring, contractual changes, leave management, and terminations
Preparation and administration of employment contracts, addendums, and other employment-related documentation
Registration of employees and management of employment-related procedures through official government portals in Cyprus
Ensuring full compliance with Cypriot labor law and internal company policies
Handling employment processes for foreign nationals, including work permits, residence permits, and other required documentation
Liaising with government authorities, legal advisors, payroll providers, and external partners when necessary
Advising employees and managers on HR administration and labor law–related matters
Maintaining accurate HR documentation and employee records
What we’re looking for:
Strong practical knowledge of Cypriot labor legislation and its day-to-day application
Proven experience in full-cycle HR administration in Cyprus
Hands-on experience working with official government portals and employment registration systems in Cyprus
Experience supporting employment processes for foreign nationals, including immigration and relocation documentation
Knowledge of Cypriot immigration legislation will be considered an advantage
Fluent English is mandatory; Russian language proficiency is a strong advantage
High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR processes simultaneously
Experience working with HRIS and digital documentation systems is a plus
