Lead FP&A Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lead FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our financial planning and analysis function: driving reporting quality, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with teams across the business to ensure financial clarity and efficiency.

Tasks:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports including consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement)

• Build and deliver presentations and financial performance dashboards for senior management and key stakeholders

• Analyze financial data, identify variances, and provide meaningful commentary to support reporting and drive business efficiency

• Analyze costs by line item and cost center; develop and maintain cost allocation methodologies

• Prepare and review journal entries for management reporting purposes

• Build and maintain dashboards in BI tools in close collaboration with the Data Analytics team

• Actively participate in budgeting and forecasting cycles

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and automation initiatives

• Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure data accuracy and consistency between management and statutory reporting

• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting support for management requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in a similar FP&A role

• Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) and IFRS standards

• Advanced Excel skills: complex financial models, pivot tables, formulas, and automation

• Proficiency in PowerPoint: ability to create clear, visually structured management presentations

• Experience with BI tools: dashboard development and ability to guide data analysts

• English B2 or above: confident in business correspondence and documentation

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Priority, or equivalent)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to have:

• Professional qualification or active pursuit of ACCA / CIMA

• Background in international fintech companies
