Lead of Product Analytics

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for a Lead of Product Analytics to take ownership of our product analytics function. You will lead a team of analysts, shape the analytics agenda, and become a key partner for product teams across the company.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct in-depth analytical research and test hypotheses

• Lead the product analytics team, mentor team members, and conduct one-on-one sessions

• Help build a backlog of hypotheses and product tasks, and optimize funnels and product systems

• Support product teams with A/B testing and task prioritization

• Serve as a strategic partner to product teams in decision-making

Requirements

• 5+ years in product analytics

• 2+ years managing an analytics team

• Proficient in SQL and Python

• Actively uses AI tools in their daily work and knows how to integrate them into analytical processes

• Strong expertise in A/B testing and hypothesis validation

• Deep understanding of product metrics and metric trees

• Experience building analytics on telemetry data

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Stakeholder management and expectation alignment

• Ownership mindset over key metrics

• Ability to structure ambiguity and prioritize effectively

• Experience applying DISC profiling and competency/maturity frameworks
