TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform with more than 100M users across 180+ countries. We build tools that help traders and investors make informed decisions — from advanced charting and market data to collaboration and publishing features. Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like Revolut, Binance, and CME Group. We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end weekly invoice cycle: continuous invoice intake into RAMP as invoices arrive across company mailboxes (do not batch to a single day), approval status tracking, payment preparation in NetSuite and Atlar, and posting/reconciliation in NetSuite.

• Ensure all invoices intended for the Wednesday payment run have full RAMP approval by the Friday cut-off, and push approved invoices into Atlar ahead of the run so the approval queue is complete in time for processing.

• Verify that all Wednesday payments are posted in NetSuite and correctly synced back to RAMP by Thursday EOD; follow up on and resolve any failed or unmatched syncs, escalating unresolved issues to the VP of Finance.

• Code/post weekly credit card transactions, prepare and review the accounts payable aging report, and flag overdue items for follow-up; complete vendor reconciliations where required.

• Support Fast Track (off-cycle) payments strictly on instruction from the VP of Finance, ensuring invoices are still properly entered/coded in RAMP and posted in NetSuite even outside the standard cycle.

• Work within the company's multi-level Invoice Approval Matrix, understanding how invoices route through service-recipient, financial/budget, Treasury, and final approval levels depending on amount and entity.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of proven experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

• Hands-on experience with AP/ERP platforms (NetSuite, RAMP, or similar invoice management and payment systems); experience with Atlar or comparable treasury/payment platforms is a plus.

• Strong understanding of AP controls: segregation of duties, approval workflows, vendor verification, and fraud-prevention practices.

• High attention to detail and comfort working to a fixed weekly cadence of deadlines (approval reviews, payment runs, reconciliation, reporting).

• Clear communicator, comfortable following up with internal stakeholders on outstanding approvals and escalating issues appropriately.

• Experience working across multiple currencies and legal entities is a plus.
