Monetization Game Designer

We are looking for a Monetization Game Designer with 3+ years of experience to further develop Color Slide (iOS/Android), even though it is already commercially successful and has the potential to be a hit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build monetization systems for free-to-play (F2P) mobile games.

• Design offers, bundles, season passes, in-app purchase (IAP) offers and personalized offers.

• Analyze the impact of changes on product metrics—formulate hypotheses, set up A/B tests, and make decisions based on the results.

• Collaborate with game analysts, the producer, UX specialists, artists, and developers to implement and improve features.

• Monitoring new products and potentially interesting features in other games.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer in mobile F2P games of which at least the last 2 years with hybrid casual/casual genres.

• Experience of creating and maintaining documentation (concepts, GDDs, balance sheets).

• Experience of overseeing feature development from concept to release.

• Experience in building and developing monetization for a live project.

• Understanding of F2P monetization principles.

• Understanding of key game product metrics and the ability to formulate hypotheses for A/B tests.

  Would be a plus:

• Experience with hybrid casual puzzle projects.

• Experience as a Feature Owner / Lead.
