Office Manager

We’re looking for a driven and energetic colleague for the Office Manager position — someone who enjoys working with people and knows how to create a comfortable environment for others. If you have strong organizational skills, can work effectively in a multitasking environment, and want to contribute to the growth of our company, we’ll be happy to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day office operations (ensuring comfort and order in workspaces and common areas; overseeing cleaning services)

• Onboarding employees and assisting with office-related questions

• Providing the team with everything they need (purchasing groceries, household supplies, dishes, furniture, etc.; maintaining expense and receipt records)

• Coordinating with contractors and vendors (cleaning services, couriers, service providers)

• Organizing corporate events and meetups (both in-office and at external venues)

• Contributing to the improvement of company benefits

• Participating in the planning and execution of company operational projects

What makes you the perfect fit

• Experience in office management, event organization, or a related people-focused field

• Proactive attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to independently and effectively solve assigned tasks

• Ability and willingness to work in a multitasking environment

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills

• Native-level Russian

• English at В1-B2 level

• Knowledge of Greek (but it is not required)
