Operations Manager

StellarTech is looking for an Operations Manager to strengthen our Marketing & Creative Producer team. You’ll take ownership of processes, help push projects forward, and ensure timelines are met.
This role requires a detail-oriented and analytically-minded professional with a strong understanding of operations and a proven ability to identify and implement automation solutions that drive efficiency and scalability, who will collaborate closely with multiple teams to shape and optimize world-class operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate projects from task initiation to delivery

• Monitor timelines, statuses, risks, and dependencies

• Align cross-functional teams and key stakeholders

• Support and improve operational processes

• Ensure transparency through task tracking, reporting, and documentation

• Participate in process optimization, automation, and scaling initiatives

• Work with large datasets and analytics; hands-on experience with Tableau and Superset

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Operations or Project Management

• Confident use of task-tracking tools (Asana, Jira, or similar)

• Strong skills in planning timelines, resources, and priorities

• Experience working with analytics and dashboards (Tableau, Superset)

• Experience with documentation and process management

• Understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies

• Basic technical knowledge (API concepts, automation tools, integrations, etc.)

• High level of ownership and autonomy

• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments

• Strong communication and prioritization skills and result-oriented mindset
