Product Analyst (Growth)

Now we look for a Product Analyst (Growth) to join our Analytics Team.
Job Responsibilities
Strong analytical background with hands-on experience in SQL and Python for working with large datasets.
Practical experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B experiments and applying statistical methods to support product decisions.
Strong understanding of product analytics: funnels, retention, cohorts, segmentation, conversion analysis, and growth metrics.
Ability to independently formulate hypotheses, investigate ambiguous problems, and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and minimal supervision.
Interest in working closely with Growth and Marketing teams and developing expertise in marketing-driven product growth.
Basic understanding of marketing analytics concepts, including attribution, acquisition channels, and campaign measurement.
Can be a plus:Experience with classical Machine Learning techniques (e.g. regression models, gradient boosting, propensity or LTV prediction) is a strong advantage
Experience in product companies, high-load services, marketplaces, streaming platforms, or consumer products is a plus.
Previous experience in marketing analytics or performance marketing is considered an advantage
Requirements
You’ll thrive here if you have
3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Marketing Analytics;
Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and work efficiently with large datasets;
Strong Python skills for data analysis, automation, and statistical research;
Solid understanding of A/B testing methodology, experimentation frameworks, and statistical significance;
Hands-on experience analyzing product funnels, user journeys, retention, and cohort performance;
Strong product and business mindset with the ability to connect analytical findings to business impact;
Experience working with marketing performance data, paid acquisition, affiliate marketing, or traffic analytics;
Understanding of attribution systems, user tracking, and marketing measurement principles;
Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Amplitude, or similar;
Strong communication skills and ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
