Product Web Designer

We’re looking for a Web Product Designer to work closely with engineering and product teams on Plata’s  main product website.
This is a real production role focused on design systems, landing pages, and internal web tools. You’ll work on already launched solutions, improve and scale them, and help teams ship high-quality web experiences fast.

Challenges that await you:

• Design and develop landing pages and responsive web interfaces for marketing and product needs

• Work on web design system: use existing components, define new ones, and help evolve standards and patterns

• Contribute to the development of an internal website / landing page builder, including UX and UI decisions

• Bring designs to production quality: edge cases, responsive states, breakpoints, errors, and clear specifications

• Participate in handoff and day-to-day discussions with engineers

• Provide design QA and ownership after handoff: review implemented pages, test builds, log and track design issues

• Propose improvements to existing web pages and flows based on data, feedback, and internal insights

• Work closely with senior designers and product teams, picking up tasks with incomplete or lightweight briefs and helping teams move faster

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years of experience as a web or digital product designer

• Strong portfolio with landing pages, responsive websites, and real production work

• Hands-on experience with design systems for web products

• Strong understanding of responsive design, layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy

• Comfortable working closely with engineers and discussing implementation details

• Solid understanding of UX patterns and web best practices

• High attention to detail, critical thinking, and a mindset of continuous improvement

• Availability to work in the European time zone and stay closely aligned with engineering

• B2 english level for effective communication with an international team
