Product Manager (Crypto Cards & On/Off-Ramps)

Wallet in Telegram is a digital asset solution natively embedded into Telegram’s interface. Backed by The Open Platform, Wallet in Telegram gained 100M+ user accounts in 2024, and aims to make its solution available to all 1BN+ of Telegram’s users. Wallet in Telegram offers a dual-wallet experience with Crypto Wallet (a multi-chain wallet for trading and sending crypto to contacts) and TON Wallet (a self-custodial wallet with access to the TON ecosystem of dApps and tokens).

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our Payments domain — with a primary focus on crypto cards and on-ramp/off-ramp payment flows (including integrations with payment gateways and payment partners).

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, fintech infrastructure, compliance/risk, and external partners, where you’ll define strategy, lead execution, and drive measurable growth across the entire payments funnel — from successful authorization to settlement, withdrawals, chargebacks, and customer experience.

You’ll work with a dedicated full-stack product team and closely partner with our Head of Payments, who leads vendor relationships and strategic payment partnerships. You will report to the Head of Product. 

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap for Payments, including:

  • Crypto card products (issuance, lifecycle, transactions, limits, fees, FX).

  • On-ramp and off-ramp flows (buy/sell crypto with multiple payment methods).

• Drive partner and infrastructure integration with issuers, processors, gateways, and payment providers.

• Deliver new features end-to-end: discovery → PRD/spec → delivery → launch → iteration.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Support, and Partnerships.

Requirements:

• Crypto card experience is strongly preferred (launching or owning card products end-to-end).

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.

• Strong knowledge of payments fundamentals.

• Proven track record of shipping and scaling payment products.

• High ownership and strong execution in a fast-paced environment.
