We're looking for a senior, experienced Product Owner to lead growth phase and take products to the next level to become one of our main revenue engines.
We are actively integrating AI and automation into all areas of the business and expect candidates with mindset focused on improving efficiency and deliver a better user experience.
What is in it for you?
Own a product used by millions - Shape the future of the applications used by performers, educators, and serious hobbyists looking for a distraction-free, professional sheet music experience.
Radical ownership and impact - Full end-to-end ownership of strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
Experimenation engine - Design the experimentation engine, uncover new revenue streams and subscriptions.
Monetization & revenue
Own the monetization roadmap; accelerate the pace of monetization initiatives (release-to-release, not quarter-to-quarter)
Drive feature implementation speed— reduce time from decision to release
Build and maintain a close working connection with the monetization team: shared backlog visibility, joint prioritization, aligned experiment pipeline
Metrics & plan/fact
Own the product metric layer: definitions, data quality, dashboards
Resolve outstanding metric issues (gaps, broken tracking, conflicting sources)
Run regular plan-vs-fact reviews; explain deviations with a clear causal narrative, not descriptive reporting
Product bets & discovery
Identify and validate big product bets— hypotheses with a quantified business upside, not feature ideas
Establish a working discovery process in both products: hypothesis → research → decision, each discovery framed with an expected business outcome
Run a monthly backlog refresh cycle: re-prioritize against business goals and current team capacity
AI in the team process
Introduce AI-native ways of working into the team workflow: design-system-driven development, templates, agents, design agents
Make AI usage a default part of the delivery process (specs, design, frontend, research), not an individual experiment
Delivery ownership
Own backlog, prioritization, and release scope
Make product decisions proactively — surface tradeoffs and decide, rather than escalating for direction
People Leadership
Lead, develop, and grow the team
Hard skills:
Min 5+ years as Product Owner / Product Manager on a B2C digital product with a subscription or transactional revenue model
Proven track record of monetization work: pricing, paywall, conversion, subscription funnel — with revenue impact you can quantify
Experience in people management
Strong analytical foundation
Experience owning discovery end to end: framing hypotheses, choosing research method, converting findings into roadmap decisions
Demonstrated ability to increase delivery speed in an existing team — shortening cycle time without dropping quality (using AI tools)
Proactive decision-making: comfortable making calls with incomplete data and owning the outcome
Fluent English, written and spoken
Soft skills:
Can work under revenue pressure
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Creativity every day: Make inspiring products for musicians, artists and creators – no day is the same.
Impactful work Influence the future of the music industry and change the lives of millions worldwide.
Work set up: We’ll make sure you’re set up for success with the right work equipment, whether that’s company-provided hardware or an equipment allowance.
Growth and development: Receive specialized training, language lessons, conferences and learning materials.
Team well-being: Support for your mental health and wellbeing, including confidential help during life’s tougher moments.
