📌 Key Responsibilities:

• ✔️ Manage, monitor, and forecast project execution       

• ✔️ Team coordination across engineering, product, and other stakeholders   

• ✔️ Project risk and impediment management — surface blockers early, drive resolution

• ✔️ End-to-end delivery — planning, tracking, reporting, retrospectives     

• ✔️ Conduct and manage Sprint Demo meetings.

• ✔️  AI adoption initiatives within the team — from scoping to tracking outcomes

📌 Requirements:

✔️ Experience:

• 2+ years in IT project management. We are looking for a PM who has driven end-to-end project delivery, coordinated cross-functional teams, navigated risks and impediments, across the full SDLC.

✔️ Hard Skills:

• Strong grasp of Project Management practices (Agile, Scrum, and Kanban)   

• Experience with estimation, forecasting, capacity planning, and delivery tracking

• Risk and dependency tracking

• Strong Jira — backlog management, reporting, dashboards

• AI-native mindset — daily user of LLM assistants
