Senior CRM Manager

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience managing CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, or other communication channels.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Familiar with CRM tools such as Optimove, Fast track, http://Customer.io , Hubspot, Salesforce
• Ability to make data driven decisions on retention, engagement, frequency, and customer lifetime value and other metrics.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, retention, and reactivation.
• Familiar with Task tracking tools such as Jira
• Experience in setting up tasks for other team members and performing quality checks on the results.

Core Skills

• Ability to build and execute CRM campaigns from brief to launch and analysis.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Understanding of key CRM metrics such as conversion rate, retention, churn, engagement, open/click rates, and customer lifetime value.
• Familiar with Holdout groups and analytics

Campaign Management

• Ability to develop customer journeys and automated communication flows, analyse their effectiveness
• Experience creating personalized and relevant customer communications.
• Experience in performing A/B tests and proving and disproving hypothesis based on the results.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate campaign setup and execution.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills and team play attitude.
• Proactive and independent approach to work, ability to “own” the tasks from start to finish.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Analytics, Design, and software development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email campaigns.
• Experience working with Call center integrations.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and understanding how to read the metrics.

Education and additional qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• English/Russian/Ukrainian

• Willing to relocate to Cyprus or based in Cyprus.
