System Analyst

At FXBO, we have been developing intelligent solutions that help Forex companies streamline their operations for over 9 years. Our main product is a CRM system designed specifically for the Forex industry, offering a comprehensive suite of features for both clients and managers.

With 250+ clients worldwide, our platform provides lead management, verification, finance tools, integrations with major trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader, DevXperts, XOpenHub, and others), reporting, automation, and much more. We also offer custom modules tailored to specific business needs, making our solution highly flexible and adaptable—one of the key reasons why clients choose us.

As the number of clients and tasks grows, we are expanding our team and looking to hire a system analyst to join us.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and to determine system requirements.
• Understanding user needs and determining how to improve our system functionalities to match clients’ demands.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Advise clients on our products’ functionalities
• Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
• Planning new solutions that address any issues with the current system
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from different sources.
• Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues that may impact operations.

Requirements

• Experience in managing IT projects, including successful delivery within scope, on time
• A customer-focused mindset, with commitment to delivering high-quality and efficient IT solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of system modeling and simulation techniques.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business needs.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, technologies, and methodologies.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate project risks, and to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• English language is a must, from B2 and higher

Optional requirements that are considered as advantages

• Experience in the FX field
• Experience with project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Knowledge in programming languages is considered a benefit
