Systems Administrator (Part-Time)

At PayDepot we build several B2B and B2C fintech products, including payment infrastructure, crypto services and financial platforms. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a part-time Systems Administrator who will help maintain our core IT infrastructure and provide reliable technical support for our team.

What you will do

• Set up, configure and maintain a secure corporate VPN for remote access to internal resources

• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot office WiFi networks, including coverage, security, guest access and performance

• Prepare, image and configure laptops for new employees, including OS setup, software installation, security policies and account configuration

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues involving networks, hardware and connectivity

• Maintain basic documentation of network configurations, access management and standard IT procedures

• Provide timely technical support by phone and, when necessary, in person at the office

What we expect

• 2+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Administrator or similar role

• Hands-on experience with corporate networks, WiFi and VPN configuration

• Experience with laptop provisioning, operating system setup and software deployment

• Good understanding of network fundamentals, connectivity and basic security practices

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, network and end-user issues independently

• Reliable and responsive, with the ability to react quickly to urgent IT issues
