Talent Acquisition specialist
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition specialist to join our team.
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Working across our international organisation, you'll help build the teams driving the future of payments, digital wallets, crypto, and cross-border financial services.
What you'll be doing
End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full hiring process, from vacancy briefing and sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
Talent sourcing: Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct search.
Hiring partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, advise on recruitment best practices, and support interview and selection processes.
Candidate experience: Deliver a professional, engaging, and seamless recruitment experience through timely communication and effective coordination.
Recruitment operations: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), prepare recruitment reports, and ensure compliance with internal processes and GDPR requirements.
Employer branding: Support recruitment campaigns and promote Altery as an employer of choice across international markets.
People initiatives: Contribute to recruitment improvements and support wider People & Talent projects as the function continues to grow
What you'll bring to us
3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience hiring across multiple business functions and seniority levels.
Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search.
Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Experience in fintech, technology, financial services, or another high-growth industry is an advantage.
Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
