Why this role matters

The Team Leader, Search, Content & AI Discovery will help shape how Exness responds to changing customer expectations and the ways people discover information, evaluate brands, and make decisions in an AI-driven world. • Translate the agreed direction into a roadmap that balances content needs with search improvements and new experiments.
• Test new approaches, assess their impact, and use the findings to guide further investment.
• Define success metrics for content, SEO, ASO, and AI discovery, linking performance to acquisition and conversion where it can be measured.
• Define requirements and priorities for tracking tools, and coordinate their delivery with Product, Engineering, and Analytics.
• Review performance regularly and use the findings to prioritize content updates and search improvements.
• Use AI tools and agents to reduce manual work and improve delivery speed and quality.
• Establish a regular process for creating, localizing, reviewing, updating, and retiring content across websites and blogs.
