๐Ÿ‡ What you will do:

  • โœ”๏ธ Resolve complex customer technical issues end-to-end, providing clear updates throughout the process;
  • โœ”๏ธ Troubleshoot advanced product, system, and integration problems using logs, transaction data, and system analysis;
  • โœ”๏ธ Reproduce reported issues in test environments and escalate bugs to Engineering;
  • โœ”๏ธ Assist with internal testing of new features, AI, and releases;
  • โœ”๏ธ Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base;
  • โœ”๏ธ Support and mentor junior agents.

๐Ÿ‡ What we expect:

  • โœ”๏ธ English proficiency at B2 level or higher (required); Russian (native or fluent) is a plus;
  • โœ”๏ธ 1+ years of experience in a B2B support role within fintech, payments, or a similar technical environment;
  • โœ”๏ธ Strong understanding of APIs, payment systems, and basic SQL/database queries;
  • โœ”๏ธ Ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users;
  • โœ”๏ธ Strong team collaboration skills;
  • โœ”๏ธ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
