Business Analyst (Middle/Senior)

Web Design Sun is a software development company founded in 2012. We have been fully remote from day one and build international products in the areas of Web & Cloud Applications, SaaS, CRM/ERP, and Ecommerce. We collaborate with clients from the US and Europe and consistently rank highly on Clutch, GoodFirms, and Upwork.

We are looking for a Middle / Senior Business Analyst who wants to work with real client business challenges, be involved in product development from discovery to release, and grow together with the team.

📍 Location: Candidates must be based outside Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst in outsource IT

• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases)

• Understanding of SDLC and roles within a cross-functional team

• Basic understanding of UX approaches and user scenarios

• Experience with Teamwork, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar tools

• English level Upper-Intermediate or higher

• Completed Business Analysis courses or related training

Nice to have:

• Experience creating BPMN / UML diagrams (draw.io, Lucidchart, etc.)

• Prototyping skills (Balsamiq, Figma, or similar tools)

• Experience working on SaaS, CRM, or Ecommerce projects

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and gather requirements from stakeholders

• Formalize requirements: User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, project documentation

• Model processes and user flows (BPMN, UML / user flows)

• Participate in scope and roadmap planning together with PM and the team

• Translate requirements to the development team and support them during delivery
