Client Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with our business clients, driving revenue growth, and enhancing client satisfaction through our cutting-edge payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned, live clients, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, transaction volumes, and payment performance
Lead regular client engagement activities, including strategic meetings, performance reviews, and quarterly business updates
Act as a trusted advisor by providing consultative recommendations based on data analysis, market trends, and client objectives
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across paytech’s product suite
Maintain ownership of all commercial matters related to assigned clients
Collaborate closely with technical, product, operations, and support teams to address
client challenges and manage escalations
Advocate for client needs internally while balancing operational and commercial priorities
Oversee invoicing processes, ensure timely payments, and support dispute resolution in collaboration with finance teams
Monitor account health, performance metrics, and potential risks, taking proactive action to prevent churn
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Knowledge
2+ years of experience in the fintech sector, with payment processing experience preferred.
Fluent in English and Russian, capable of managing communications and documents in both languages.
Strong background in payment gateways, with expertise in handling enterprise-level merchants.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and customer management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and strong data analytics capabilities.
Solid understanding of the payments industry, including alternative payment methods, card processing, fraud prevention, and omnichannel solutions.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and internal teams.
