Go,PHP Backend Developer (Growth)

We are developing a partner advertising high-load system with a large RPS, convenient and modern interface. We are growing exponentially and successfully implementing new technologies to accelerate this growth and the system as a whole.
Now we look for a PHP/ Go Developer to join our Growth team.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business logic and product features.
- Work on infrastructure-related tasks.
- Profile and optimize existing solutions.
- Design and implement scalable architectures.
- Participate in evolving a high-load product, including:
- Extracting complex parts of the system into Golang-based microservices.
- Migrating applications to Kubernetes.
Job requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in PHP/Go development (the current version of PHP in the project is 8.2);
- Proficient in PHP and MySQL;
- REST API - design and implementation;
- Unit and functional tests - understanding why they are needed, the ability and desire to write them;
- Debugging, profiling, optimization of PHP/Go code - practical experience;
- Sharding, replication - understanding the principles, pros and cons.
- Data structures - to be able to choose the right one for solving a specific task.
That can be a plus:
- Experience with Elasticsearch, Redis, microservices, Golang.

Recruitment process

- Technical interview (1.5 hour);
- Test task;
