Yerevan, hybrid.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support both marketing visuals and product-related graphic content at Async (ex. Podcastle). This role focuses on creating high-quality visual assets that strengthen our brand and enhance how visual elements are experienced inside the product — without being a product or UX design role.

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Video, and Design teams to create clear, expressive, and typography-driven designs across multiple touchpoints.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Designing visual assets for social media platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) in collaboration with the team

  • Creating blog post thumbnails, covers, and editorial visuals based on existing guidelines

  • Designing static visuals for landing pages and marketing campaigns

  • Supporting event and brand needs such as one-pagers, decks, and merchandise

  • Assisting with product-related graphic content, including: subtitles and caption styles, lower thirds and text overlays, text styles, templates and elements

  • Applying strong typography, readability, and visual consistency across all assets

  • Collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to support product and marketing workflows

  • Iterating on designs based on feedback and helping maintain organized design files and assets

Collaboration & Execution:

  • Work closely with, Marketing, Product, and Design teams to understand project needs and deliver effective visual solutions

  • Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining high visual quality

  • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables while pushing creative boundaries

We’re looking for someone with the following skills and qualities:

  • Solid foundation in graphic design principles, especially typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, polished, text-heavy designs

  • Proficiency in Figma, including working with text styles and shared components

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

  • Ability to generate high-quality images and short videos using AI tools, aligned with brand style and visual guidelines

  • Ability to adapt to brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas

  • Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Comfortable collaborating, receiving feedback, and learning in a fast-paced environment

  • Portfolio demonstrating graphic or brand design work across digital formats

Nice to have but not required:

  • Illustration or icon design experience

  • Experience with SaaS, tech, or AI-driven products

  • Interest in accessibility and inclusive design

  • Good knowledge of English
