Junior+ Product Analyst [HR]
We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our HR team and take ownership of analytics across Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Automation.
This is a new role for the company, so you will build HR analytics from the ground up: defining key metrics, setting up data sources, and creating an analytics framework to support hiring, rewards, and people decisions.
Challenges that await you:
Develop performance metrics to improve recruitment and HR workflows
Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders
Design and maintain monitoring reporting and dashboards for hiring and HR workflows
Assess and improve the effectiveness of HR processes and automation
Support data driven analysis related to compensation and rewards
Ensure data quality and consistency across HR systems
What makes you a great fit:
A mathematical or technical degree from one of the following universities MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NES
Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
Analytical mindset and systematic thinking
Ability to visualize data and draw actionable conclusions
Experience in hypothesis testing and validation
Proficiency in working with relational databases and SQL
Excellent communication skills
English proficiency at B1 level or higher for effective collaboration with an international team
