Manual QA Engineer

Web Design Sun is a software development company founded in 2012. We have been fully remote from day one and build international products in the areas of Web & Cloud Applications, SaaS, CRM/ERP, and Ecommerce. We collaborate with clients from the US and Europe and consistently rank highly on Clutch, GoodFirms, and Upwork.

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer (Middle/Senior) to work on a SaaS product that includes a mobile application, browser extensions, and multiple modules within a unified system. The role предполагає deep involvement in the product, business logic, and active participation in improving product quality.

📍 Location: Candidates must be based outside Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus

What is important for us

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Manual QA

• Experience maintaining test documentation in modern TMS

• Experience testing SaaS products and understanding client-server architecture

• Ability to write and maintain test cases, checklists, and bug reports

• Ability to decompose complex tasks and identify edge cases

• English level B1 or higher (spoken and written communication)

Nice to have

• Experience working with LLMs and AI agents

• Experience with Postman or Insomnia

• Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript (for reading code)

• Experience working with logs (Kibana / Sentry)

• Basic SQL knowledge

• Experience testing AI models and AI-driven features

What you will do

• Perform manual testing of all modules within a SaaS system with a deep understanding of business logic

• Test integrations between plugins, applications, and services

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

• Conduct functional, regression, and smoke testing

• Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and the QA team

• Contribute to improving QA processes and quality practices
