Product Analyst

We’re going to set more and more goals, so we’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst who’ll help make our current AI-powered mobile apps even more successful.

What you will do:

• Provide analytical support for key product initiatives

• Proactively identify and evaluate new growth opportunities

• Build and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to guide decisions

• Foster and promote a strong data-driven culture across the team

What you should have:

• 3+ years in product analytics, marketing analytics, or similar roles

• Strong skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI etc.)

• Familiarity with mobile analytics platforms (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, GrowthBook, Firebase)

• Solid understanding of mobile app metrics (LTV, ROAS, ARPU, rebill rate, funnel conversion, retention, stickiness, etc.)

• Understanding of statistics and A/B testing concepts, including confidence intervals and hypothesis testing; Familiar with advanced experimentation methods (CUPED, bootstrapping, stratification etc).

• English language proficiency – B2 is the minimum.

Would be a plus:

• Higher education (mathematical or technical)

• Experience with Python (standard stat. libraries)

• Data quality in BI.
