About The Position

MEDvidi is a leading telehealth provider specializing in mental health issues. We focus on delivering treatment outcomes to our patients as our north star. We are building a complete ecosystem of solutions and apps for mental health issues to make people happy and healthy. You will make a measurable impact on people’s lives while driving business growth.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a product designer
• Experience working as a part of the product team
• Fluent Russian and English
• Fit with our culture: focus (saying no), transparency (proactive communication), ownership (you own the initiative until its done in full), evidence-based decision making
• Structured approach to problem-solving
• Strong argumentation and logic
• Experience making design decisions based on data analysis and user research
• Experience working on AI-based product experiences is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with one or two product teams to design product experiences that drive the behaviour
• Design a treatment journey for patients with ADHD, Anxiety, and other mental health conditions
• Create a product that builds emotional connection, trust, and helps patients achieve goals
• Contribute to our design system to ensure high quality of standardised components
• Prototype and wireframe quickly to reduce uncertainty at the start of each initiative
• Work with your product team(s) on strategy to define OKRs and Initiatives that align with company’s priorities
