Product Manager (Growth)
We’re hiring a Senior/Lead Product Manager (Growth) to work at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales. This is a role for someone who can find and unlock new growth levers, launch new products, build scalable funnels, and turn promising ideas into meaningful business results.
You will own a large business domain with high autonomy and high responsibility, working on both 0 to 1 launches and scaling initiatives that already show early traction.

Your Goals:
Drive sustainable revenue growth through new products, channels, and funnel mechanics
Turn early traction initiatives into multiple-times growth
Launch and validate new product directions and business opportunities

Your Job:
Launch new products end-to-end
From market research and positioning to first paying customers and early traction
Scale promising initiatives with early traction
Find new channels, offers, and funnel improvements to unlock 3x to 10x growth
Own and evolve Go-To-Market strategies
Define target segments, value propositions, positioning, and monetization logic
Discover and scale new growth channels
Including partnerships, affiliates, alternative acquisition sources, and new distribution models
Build and optimize funnels
Design new funnels from scratch for new segments or offers, and continuously improve existing ones
Run a structured growth experimentation process
Generate, prioritize, test, and scale hypotheses. Experiments are a tool. The goal is measurable business impact
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, analytics, and engineering to ship solutions that move core metrics
💜 Requirements:
5 to 6+ years in product management with a strong focus on B2C growth
Proven experience launching products or business lines from scratch and achieving real market traction
Strong background in Go-To-Market strategy and growth execution
Hands-on experience finding and scaling new acquisition or monetization channels
Confidence working with numbers: unit economics, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, ROI
Experience running end-to-end experiments from design to metrics to analysis and next iteration
Track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving measurable business outcomes
AI-native or actively becoming AI-native
Comfortable using AI tools for research, analysis, vibe-coding, and workflow automation (e.g., Cursor, CloudCode, n8n), or ready to master them within weeks with our guidance.
English level B1 to B2 or higher
🌍 Would be an advantage:
Experience in EdTech or products for kids, parents, or educators
Experience working across international markets such as Asia, LATAM, or Europe
Prior marketing experience or intensive B2C growth experience
