Product Manager - On Boarding
The Role: As the Product Manager for client Onboarding, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a seamless, intuitive, and conversion-driven onboarding experience. You will define the strategy and oversee execution to ensure new users progress smoothly through registration, verification, and onboarding, while fostering trust and confidence from the very beginning of their journey.
This role requires ownership of key activation metrics and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will leverage insights into user behavior to optimize the onboarding process at scale and drive measurable business outcomes.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
Own and evolve the vision, strategy, and execution of XM's end-to-end onboarding experience
Work with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams on designing a personalized and scalable onboarding experience
Collaborate with other product teams to understand requirements and incorporate them into our planning
Build a best-in-class onboarding journey, optimized for scale across diverse global markets
Operate as a deeply data-driven product leader: define metrics, set ambitious targets, run rigorous A/B experiments, and make sharp, informed tradeoffs
Main requirements:
3+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on growth or onboarding-related domains
Demonstrated success in managing user funnels—identifying drop-offs, analysing behaviour, uncovering insights, and driving measurable improvements
Ability to engage in technical discussions to spot bottlenecks and unlock growth opportunities
Action-oriented mindset regularly shipping, experimenting, learning, and iterating
Strong product intuition with a keen ability to simplify user experiences and champion clean, elegant UI solutions
Deep user empathy, with a solid understanding of user context, motivations, and behavioural pattern
Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, compliance, data analytics, support, verification, business teams
Monitor the performance of products and make adjustments to ensure the company’s overall targets are met
Act as the liaison between the Product Team, Project Management, Business Intelligence, IT, Business Development, and Management to prioritize tasks and organize the full project delivery lifecycle, including business functional testing
The following will be considered an advantage:
Familiarity with KYC verification tools, APIs, and related technologies.
A solid understanding of financial products such as CFDs, Options, and Futures.
Strong understanding of the FX market client profile.
Strong business acumen and understanding of the trade lifecycle.
Previous experience with online trading platforms such as Sumsub, Jumio, Shufti Pro is a strong advantage.
