Project Manager (E-com)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in project management in a digital or e-commerce environment

• Strong organizational and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and remote setups

• Proficiency in project management tools – experience with Notion is a strong plus

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• A passion for women’s health, femtech is a plus
  

Details

The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic plans and briefs into clear project timelines and deliverables in collaboration with the Sr. E-commerce Manager

• Lead the day-to-day execution of e-commerce-related projects (e.g., product pages update, launch of new landing pages, loyalty & subscription setup, promo campaign coordination)

• Act as the driving force across internal teams (Product Marketing, Design, Copy, Development, CS, etc.) and external vendors – ensuring priorities are clear, tasks are moving, and blockers are identified and escalated quickly

• Monitor project progress, flag risks, and resolve blockers proactively

• Maintain and organize project management boards (Notion), ensuring clarity for all stakeholders

• Track the impact of delivered projects, gather feedback, and identify process improvements

• Attend sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as the execution lead
