Project Operations Manager

We want to focus on a broad range of puzzle games and are looking for a Project Operations Manager to join in our in-house studio.

Responsibilities

• Structure and manage workflows across key projects

• Lead regular team syncs, monitor progress, and support effective prioritization

• Reduce operational load on producers to allow full focus on product development

• Oversee the launch and execution of R&D initiatives, from concept to delivery

• Ensure cross-functional alignment at both technical and process levels

• Coordinate collaboration between teams and support the setup of new directions

• Maintain and improve core delivery practices: rituals, documentation, planning tools

• Apply a flexible, context-driven approach to project and process management

• Foster clarity, focus, and consistency across teams - without unnecessary overhead

Requirements

• 3+ years in operations / project / delivery management in Gamedev field

• Good understanding of how game production works

• Understanding of processes for maintaining existing products and creating new ones

• Experience launching teams or new internal initiatives

• System thinking, clear communication, and collaborative style

• Willingness to work hands-on when needed - not just “manage from above”
