We have a dedicated software development department that focuses on our internal products that allow everyone else to deliver some of the top-notch, worldwide services.  Currently, there are a number of commercially available projects in production that are being actively worked on:

We're looking for manual QA Engineer to join us.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual functional testing (web apps, APIs, mobile apps, Salesforce);

  • Create and maintain test documentation (checklists, test cases) and reports;

  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts;

  • Analyze requirements;

  • Work with TestOps, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Salesforce, Selenium, Browserstack, Selenoid, Postman, Bitbucket;

  • Suggest and implement QA process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.

  • Understanding of QA processes and the role of a QA Engineer in development;

  • Ability to develop and implement a testing strategy;

  • Strong experience in manual functional testing of web applications, including mobile versions;

  • (Plus) Experience in manual testing of mobile applications;

  • (Plus) Experience in testing Salesforce environments (apps, web pages, APIs);

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and TestOps;

  • Familiarity with Jenkins, Selenium, Browserstack, Selenoid, and  Postman;

  • Ability to work with the Linux console;

  • Experience with version control systems;

  • English proficiency (reading specifications and documentation);

  • Experience or willingness to work with AI Agents (e.g. Cursor IDE) 

  • (Plus) Basic experience or completed training in test automation, including analysis of test reports and a general understanding of automated testing processes.
