Project Manager

We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Project Manager to join our dynamic team at HFM.

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering critical projects. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Quality Assurance, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business Analysts, to ensure successful project execution.

Your role at HFM:

• Lead and inspire project teams effectively.

• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure that all teams are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

• Deliver multiple technical projects of varying complexity and size.

• Make informed and timely decisions to keep projects on track and aligned with objectives.

• Collaborate within the agile and Scrum framework to ensure project requirements are prioritised, refined, and executed in iterative cycles for optimal project agility and adaptability.

• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Effectively communicate with and manage project stakeholders.

• Ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained.

• Document best practices to ensure thorough and organized project documentation.

• Capture valuable lessons learned from project experiences to inform future improvements.

• Implement new policies that enhance project management and delivery efficiency.

• Foster open communication and teamwork among project members.

• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the project team to enhance project delivery.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project.

• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.

• Strong project management skills and analytical mindset.

• Experience in the FX industry would be considered an advantage.

• PMP/Prince II or/and Agile/Scrum certifications would be considered an advantage.
