PSP Manager (BizDev)
We are looking for an experienced PSP Manager to join our iGaming team and take ownership of our payment service provider (PSP) ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and expanding payment solutions across multiple markets, ensuring seamless, secure, and compliant payment operations for our players and partners.
This role is critical to supporting business growth, improving payment performance, and maintaining strong relationships with PSPs, banks, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full onboarding lifecycle of new Payment Service Providers from initial engagement through successful go-live.
Coordinate the collection and submission of KYC, compliance, due diligence, and contractual documentation, working closely with Legal and Compliance teams.
Oversee pre-live testing, issue resolution, go-live readiness, and launch coordination.
Represent the company at industry expos, conferences, and PSP events, building relationships and bringing back market insights and opportunities.
Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders when required.
Translate business and operational needs into clear internal tasks, coordinate technical integration with the Tech team, and ensure all relevant teams are aligned.
Act as the main point of contact for PSPs, managing communication, alignment, and information flow between external partners and internal teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
1+ years of experience within an iGaming environment in a role such as PSP Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Team Lead, with a solid understanding of payment operations end-to-end, including gateways, MDR, API integrations, contract negotiation, and the full onboarding lifecycle through to testing and go-live.
Proven experience working with multiple PSPs across various jurisdictions, particularly in Tier 1 markets (e.g. EU, UK, New Zealand, Canada, Australia).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with payment dashboards, reporting tools, and back-office systems.
Fluency in English is required; Russian language is a must.
