Junior Affiliate Manager (Russian-speaking)

About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Affiliate Manager (Russian-speaking) to join our team on-site in Limassol.

In this role, you will support the development of our affiliate network for our new product, Affstore, helping to identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates and partners. You will work closely with the team to assist with partner communications, monitor affiliate performance, and contribute to the day-to-day management of affiliate activities.

Tasks

• Searching, attracting and onboarding new affiliates for Revenue Share and CPA models in MENA region.
• Daily affiliates hunting.
• Daily processing of incoming leads.
• Manage and develop current Affiliate relations.
• Coordinating payouts for/with accounted affiliates.
• Fraud monitoring.
• Handling inquiries from affiliates and offering them assistance.
• Taking new projects for improving affiliate program as a product as an optional initiative.
• Participating in internal/international affiliate events remotely and offline (meet-ups, conferences, business trips).
• Collecting feedback from affiliates and providing it to Team Lead. 

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Russian.

• Strong communication and sales skills.

• Ability to identify, approach, and build strong relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies.

Nice to have

• Forex or other financial vertical experience. 

• Previous experience in a client-facing role (e.g., marketing, sales, customer support), or a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business.
