QA Team Lead (Fintech)

We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead to join our growing FinTech product team. In this role, you will lead QA initiatives, improve testing processes, mentor engineers, and ensure high product quality across backend systems and payment-related services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a QA team, providing technical guidance and performance support

• Define and improve QA processes, testing strategies, and quality standards

• Coordinate testing activities across multiple projects and releases

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders

• Review and improve test documentation, test plans, and test cases

• Drive backend and API testing activities using Postman, Swagger, and related tools

• Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues using Grafana, Kibana, and monitoring systems

• Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and defect management

• Support automation initiatives and continuous quality improvements

• Ensure adherence to STLC processes and best QA practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing

• 2+ years of experience leading QA teams or projects

• Strong experience in the FinTech domain

• Solid expertise in backend API testing (Postman, Swagger)

• Strong experience with log analysis tools such as Grafana and Kibana

• Deep understanding of STLC, QA methodologies, and release processes

• Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced product environment
