📌 Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for each role, from the request to filling the role;
Creating and leading strategic recruiting activities, using different sourcing strategies to attract the best talent
Actively source candidates using LinkedIn and different channels, develop diverse candidate pools and generate pipelines for each position, as well as posting vacancies on job portals, being the primary contact with external job boards.
Interviewing candidates for operational and IT positions
Building long-term and mutual relations with both candidates and hiring managers based on a WIN-WIN approach;
Organising interviews, receiving and communicating feedback to/from HM and candidates;
Handling the pre-onboarding and preparing the onboarding process for new joiners
Participation in recruitment planning and project growth.
Implementation of the best Talent Acquisition practices in the company
Handling monthly, weekly and quarterly reports
📌 Requirements:
4+ years of successful experience in IT-Recruitment;
At least 2 years of experience in the online entertainment industries, with a solid understanding of its dynamics
Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and technical role requirements;
Experience covering the full recruitment cycle;
Strong sourcing skills via social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance);
Understanding of modern tools for sourcing and data scraping;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities, and strong multi-tasking skills;
Experienced in hiring for technical, operational, and roles.
Advanced in english, russian or ukrainian will be nice to have.
Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
